Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus ranging from $5,000 to $25,000, based on experience, certifications, manufacturer training, and overall qualifications. 

During your onboarding period, you'll receive guaranteed earnings while becoming familiar with our dealership processes, customers, and workflow. The length and amount of the guarantee will be based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered vehicles
• Perform engine, transmission, fuel system, electrical, suspension, steering, and brake repairs
• Use diagnostic software and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
• Complete maintenance and repair work efficiently and accurately
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
• Document repair orders and recommendations clearly
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous diesel technician experience required
• Dealership experience preferred
• ASE certifications and/or OEM certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to operate modern diagnostic equipment and software
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical shop duties
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality repairs
