Sign-On Bonus: $12,000–$30,000 (DOE)

Tilleman Motor Company—the largest dealership on Montana’s Hi-Line—is growing, and our Auto Body Collision Center is expanding to meet demand. We are seeking experienced, quality-minded Autobody Technicians, Body or Paint to join our professional team.

Position Details

• Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Steady workload with a consistent flow of clean, high‑quality work
• Commission-based pay on an efficiency scale
• Sign-on hiring package: $10,000–$30,000 (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Autobody Technician, Body/Painter, or Combination Tech
• I-CAR or ASE certification preferred (not required)
• Must supply your own basic tools
• Commitment to quality, safety, and efficient work practices
• Must pass:
  • Drug test
  • Background check
  • Driving record check
