Responsibilities

• Perform efficient, accurate repairs following dealership and manufacturer guidelines
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more
• Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic equipment
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to ensure customer transparency
• Provide accurate repair time estimates
• Complete warranty repairs to factory standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
• Manufacturer certification or B‑level skillset (diagnostics, electrical, engine repair)
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
• Willingness to learn new technologies and service procedures
• ASE certifications recognized
• Solid computer and customer service skills
• Team‑oriented attitude with a commitment to quality
• Valid, insurable driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
