Detailer

Tilleman Motor Company is seeking a hardworking, "detail"‑oriented Car Detailer to join our team. If you take pride in creating spotless, showroom‑ready vehicles and want to work in a supportive, family-run environment, this is the place for you!

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicle exteriors
• Vacuum, shampoo, and deep-clean vehicle interiors
• Perform stain removal and basic odor treatment
• Keep the detail shop tidy and organized
• Ensure every vehicle meets dealership quality standards
• Assist with lot duties as needed (moving vehicles, light cleaning)

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
