Shop Support/Laborer
Tilleman Equipment is seeking a motivated and dependable Shop Support Person to join our maintenance and servicing team.
This position plays an
essential role in keeping our dealership running smoothly and supporting our
technicians, customers, and overall shop operations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Shop Support team member, you
will assist with a wide range of daily tasks, including:
- General cleaning and upkeep of the shop, service bays, and
dealership premises
- Operating snow‑removal equipment to maintain safe walkways and
drive areas
- Supporting service technicians with tasks as needed
- Washing and detailing tractors, implements, and equipment
- Completing manager‑assigned tasks, such as shop cleanup, equipment
movement, and facility support
- Making parts delivery runs to customers or between
departments
- Assisting with restocking store inventory
and keeping showroom displays organized, clean, and presentable
Preferred Skills & Experience
While we will train the right candidate, it is helpful if applicants have:
- High school
diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic tool-use
experience or mechanical aptitude
- Ability to
perform labor‑intensive tasks
- Experience
operating equipment (tractors, loaders, snow‑removal equipment) is a plus
- Strong work
ethic and willingness to learn
- Professional, friendly customer interaction skills
- Dependable and team‑oriented
