Tilleman Motor company employs 90 to 100 employees, and is the largest dealership on the Hi-Line, We have over 40 years experience servicing the Automotive needs of the Hi-Line. Our Auto Body Collision Center is growing and we need to add experienced, quality minded colision techs, Body/Painter, or the combination of both. We are offering a sign-on hiring package of $10,000 to $20,000 depending on experience.

Prefer Icar or ASE certified a plus, but not a must. We have ongoing training and education available. Must have your own basic tools.

We have a full work load with a steady flow of clean work. The position is Monday thru Friday, 8 to 5.

Pay is commission based on a efficiency scale. With a Health Insurance, 401K, and PTO Must pass a drug test, background check and driving record check.
